This week was extremely hectic for me as I had several oranges in the air (so to speak) juggling all at the same time. But its the renaissance woman in me to handle it all & do it well. Half stepping isn't an option. I had house guests visiting which required the foodie in me to put it down as well as attending a 3 day extravaganza High School Reunion and of course maintain the business. Yes, organization is key to juggling it "ALL".

Each week my girl Chef Ameera will share easy recipes that are not only delicious, but quite easy to test out in your own kitchen.  Cooking is sensual to the "SOUL" and we'll show you how to turn it up a notch and share a little of your heart whether its for your

significant other, the girls or family.
