RELAX~RELATE~RELEASE... 3R's to get you through the "HOLIDAYS"

Tis the Season to Be "STRESS FREE"- Just around the beginning of November ones stress level usually peaks. Yes...The Holidays Are Coming, The Holidays Are Coming! You don't need to let the anxiety of others expectations elevate your stress level. The Holidays are more than about shopping, giving, & receiving expensive gifts that you'll be paying for well into the New Year. Let me help you enjoy two holidays when people simply loose their minds-Thanksgiving & Christmas. I'll share 3R's with you to help ease the pain most of us encounter during this time of year & the true meaning behind both.

"RELAX"
Definition: To make less severe or stern; to loosen or ease-up
Suggestion: Surround yourself with people who have your best interest at heart; non-judgmental, positive reinforcement. Be your authentic self. Once you allow yourself to loosen up you'll be able to enjoy the true meaning of the Holiday Season. Should you feel yourself reaching your peak point: Take a deep breath/hold it & internally tell yourself I will not let others put a value on my happiness. When finish Relax and Release the air into the universe.

"RELATE"
Definition: To tell; to establish relation between; to refer connected by blood or marriage; Dealing between persons or nations. Kindred connection by consanguinity or affinity.
Suggestion: Holidays are meant to be spent with Family & Friends. Sharing a closeness with those you truly love & care for is the ultimate connection. There's nothing better than connecting, sharing the true meaning behind the Holidays~Loving Un-Selfishly without any expectations in return. Before dinner make a lasting connection & ask others to share something they are truly thankful for. Make sure everyone present shares something, you'll be surprise as to what others are thankful for. It's a Aha Moment to be grateful for the smallest pleasures of life. Your Aha Moment may connect & RELATE to someone who really needed to hear what the true meaning of the holidays are all about.

"RELEASE"
Definition: To set free; to allow to quit; to exempt from obligation
Suggestion: Release all your cares & worries to the higher power & remain at all times your authentic self. Do not step out of your normal character to please others, because you think they'll be happier or appreciate you more. Once you are able to release the expectations of others & do what makes you happy your Holidays will be more pleasant. Ask God for guidance & assistance to get you through the Holiday Season. Don't let things of the world be the decision maker for what may turn into a moment that is not in your normal character. Release only blissful thoughts & the LOVE of the pure existence of Thanksgiving & Christmas. Giving of yourself un-selfishly to others whether is feeding the homeless, volunteering your time at a Hospice or even visiting a Children's Hospital and reading a story to God most precious gift. Release the GREATNESS within you with someone who is not as fortunate to enjoy a time that should be spent with family & friends.

Bottom Line: RELAX without feeling guilty, RELATE with family & true friends, RELEASE what you feel others expect from you.

drezrehersal Tip: Allow yourself to be thankful for the smallest pleasures in life, don't sweat the details or expectations of others. The Holidays are about Living, Loving & Laughing while enjoying the blessings & gifts that you have been given. The true meaning behind the Holidays. My motto is: Live everyday like it's a FABULOUS Party! If you keep that in mind then those special times of the year won't be so stressful.
