A. Thank You. As a young professional that is my favorite compliment. To keep an interest in hair styling, I take breaks away from it. Stepping away from the styling chair allows you to see all of the different trends and styles that are out there. Your clients want you to be innovative so its important for me to take the time to branch out while keeping a fresh perspective.

Take Six Q4. This is a question I'm sure our readers want to know. If a client brought you a photo of a style she was wanting and you knew it didn't work for her. Do you practice the customer is always right or do you keep it real and why?

A. When that happens, I always ask them to consider their occupation and lifestyle. Will their hair texture or up keep skills work with that look? There are a thousand questions that can be asked to ensure you meet the clients wants and needs. I'm definitely always honest with my clients.

Take Six Q5. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. That main tree is your Mom my client Ms. Tonya's of Hollywood who is currently working on the ABC hit show Scandal. Many individuals inside/outside the entertainment industry say and think “It's who you know, that makes things happen.” However, it takes more than that. You have acquired your celebrity styling status by creating your brand on your own terms. Please share a few words of wisdom and encouragement to stylists who desire to be where you are now and the main points they should focused on.

A. “Originality”. There are an enormous of professionals educated in this field. You “Must Stand Out” and show what makes you unique. “Perception” People should know you're a stylist at first glance. “Focus”on what YOU do well. I'm an extension/color specialist, I experiment and enhance my craft with furthering my education as often as possible. Don't minimize your craft by not continuing to educate yourself or others. Never get so big in the head to learn more; from anyone, all artist have something to share.

A. Its time for Jazmayne Chatman's brand to grow. I have all of this creativity and I need the right avenues to channel it. Princess Crownz is my new baby that is growing faster than I imagined. There is a huge market of women and children that wear prosthetic hair and I want to help them embrace their confidence in wearing natural looking, current styled wigs in a fashionable way that helps them feel comfortable in their own skin.

Bonus Ques. I believe in placing your desires into the “Universe” you've been blessed to work with clients such as LaToya Luckett, Actress Bresha Webb “Love that Girl”, Tae Heckard from BET, “The Game”, Mindless Behavior, and Edge Magazine, LLC.,but let me help you place good vibrations into the “Universe” Name two actresses, actors, or musicians you wish to style.
Tae Heckard-BET  The Game
Laura Govan-Basketball Wives LA

Take Six with Grammy Producer "Earl Powell"

Take Six Q & A of six personal questions with celebrities in the Fashion, Beauty, and Entertainment industry who are dancing to the tune of their own beat while staying true to self.

Take Six with Grammy Producer "Earl Powell"

Take 6ix Q1. Grammy Award Producer Earl Powell AKA "Trillionaire Earl" before I truly dive in what does the word "Trillionaire" represent for your brand at Eptone Productions/Roksta Music

A. Trillionaire means going beyond what the naysayers think isn't possible. Trillionaire represents GREATNESS!

Take 6ix reply: Gifted answer and why I must now give you a Hi-Five and "Congratulations" on the single “Woman to Woman” you produced for Keyshia Cole. I know you're excited that “Woman to Woman” could be the next release on the album.  In addition Keyshia selecting the song as the cover title for her November 2012 album release. Take 6ix readers you have an opportunity to listen to the song in addition to place your vote for "Woman to Woman" to be the next single release from Keyshia Cole album.

Behind the scenes peek to Keyshia Cole previewing track
 “Woman to Woman”
Co-Produced & Co-Written by Earl Powell

Take 6ix Q2. As a music producer your energy and spirit is extremely soothing. How does that humbleness translate when creating with an artist who requires a push?
A. As a creative talent I'm very aggressive yet passionate when working with artist's. The one thing that's understood while working is: I /We want the best possible recording.

Take 6ix Q3. Keyshia Cole quoted to Essence Magazine in a past issue "Sometimes other people feel like they know what's best for you. But I know where I want to be… I work so hard to represent myself well; for me to let anyone else drive my vehicle beside God, it's like, no." (ESSENCE, October 2007). I respect her forwardness, determination, and her passion to be the leading force to her vehicle of success. Having that spirit has definitely place Mrs. Cole-Gibson in the right VIP spot. Please share some words of wisdom for an artist, musician, or producer who is struggling to get that one shot?
A. In this business, it's a marathon not a sprint. You have to allow yourself enough time to saturate your market place. Getting to know the right people and being prepared at all times. When working with artist from a producer's point of view, you should never try and change an artist when they have a direction that's working. You should embrace that and build on it.

Take 6ix Q4. Earl, you have also been blessed to work with the amazingly talented actress, singer, mother, and philanthropist "Jennifer Hudson" I believe this is what set-up your Grammy Award status. Please share your part in this life changing accomplishment to your craft and how adding Grammy Award Producer can push open doors beyond your wildest dreams.

A. Working with Jennifer was a Blessing! We started working after "American Idol", and she's the best in and out the studio. The song we did is called "Stand Up" at the time we had over a Million hits on Myspace. In the music industry that's a big deal. The Grammy status is a great blessing especially in this case. History was made, first African American "FEMALE" to win a "Oscar" and a “Grammy" the first time out the gate. No one has ever done that! So I humbly embrace the historical part of that, as opposed to my own satisfaction.

Take 6ix Q5. Share six artists you've enjoyed creating magical music for and one word that exemplifies who they are?
A. Jennifer Hudson, KeyshiaCole, LaTocha Scott, (Xscape), Felony (Public Announcement), and Slique. These artists have a “Unique” Vibe that make you want to produce.
Take 6ix Q6. The music industry doesn't always shine a bright light on some artists. Would you agree that what you see isn't always what you get... As a well diverse R & B producer who's light is centered on God first, what is your recommendation for an upcoming artist to have that triple threat presence while maintaining longevity in this industry without selling your soul?

A. First off, thanks for asking that question. I believe in order to maintain who you are in this business, you Must have "JESUS" What profit a man to gain the world and lose his soul? I think you'll find that most people in this business started out in the "Church". Staying grounded and not letting the hype and the illusion of the business will keep you from selling out. Although I love nice things, that's not the reason I got into this game. I do this for the love, I just want to continuing fulfilling and embracing my God giving gift while reaching his promise of Greatness.

Take 6ix. Earl you are absolutely a humble individual with a fire that ignites magical words that touches your inner soul. To know you is a blessing and I wish you continued success as you move forward in the industry. As you say the "foundation of this industry is to stay grounded for than the blessings will be bestowed upon you." We look forward to more Grammy Award music and hopefully hearing Eptone Productions/Roksta Music work on the big screen.

If you're a music lover and like to follow an artist, producer, and all around guy of greatness who completely keeps it real humble 24-7. Follow Grammy Award Producer Earl Powell AKA “Trillionaire” on Twitter @ROKBOI

Courtney  Cameron, was introduced to the world as the very classy contestant on the highest rated show on VH1, For the Love of Ray J 2.

Following her appearance on For The Love of Ray J 2, where many of us got to know her as Jaguar. Courtney landed a top spot on XXL Magazines 2011 top 50 hottest VH1 Reality Stars; she has also appeared in several major music videos including Chris Brown, T Pain’s, “Kiss Kiss”, in addition to Birdman, Lil Wayne and DJ Khalid's "100 billion dollars".  Courtney is definitely making a name for herself just wrapping up her first feature film, a drama called Because I Love You, currently in its post-production phase.  Although, Courtney has proven time and time again that she is not just another pretty face, but an exceptional dancer who has performed for several up and coming artists in addition to head lining, and recently open up as a background dancer for the “I Can’t Feel My Face Tour,” the “Hypnotized” tour, and head lining Lil’ Wayne and Plies. In addition to dancing, in 2009 she landed an audition to star as the character Jasmine in the hit indie movie “Queen Pin”. This role proved to many that in addition to many other things Courtney is definitely a phenomenal budding actress. With the performing arts running rampant in her blood, Courtney has decided to finally pursue her true passion to sing, and has signed to Music Rehab Global as the first lady of EME (Elite Music Exchange). Take 6ix Q1.  As one of the actresses on the Reality Show you just filmed, how were you able to maintain your beauty regimen, seeing that you were in a rule area?
A. It was very hard to say the least, we didn't have ANYTHING! My "beauty regimen" was pretty much Chap Stick and finger coming my hair. (Chuckle Laughter).

Take 6ix Q2. As a model and music artist on the go what advice would you offer our readers  in maintaining a healthy lifestyle? Please also share your typical daily meal.
A. Well, the biggest advice I would give to readers, would be to enjoy eating, but stay active. I LOVE to eat, run, and dance several times a week. As long as you are doing something high energy at least once a week, it helps tremendously. A typical meal would start with eggs... I love eggs. In addition to sausage, and potatoes for breakfast; Lunch, well I'm a sucker for fast food, but dinner is usually grilled fish or chicken with plenty of sides.

Take 6ix Q3. Define what Beauty means to you?
A.  Beauty to me  is internal. Exuding confidence, personality, mixed with style, and the looks  you were born with.

Take 6ix Q4. As the first lady of EME Music Rehab what are the three things you always have with you while in the studio?
A. My little red book, which is my music bible that includes every idea and lyric that I write. I also need candles, and at times a glass of champagne.

Take 6ix Q5. We love the EME anthem song "Man I Hold My Own", with all the reality shows on air today, that don't truly represent the African American woman in a good light, what would you  like our readers to truly know about "Jaguar"?
A. Well, there are a few individuals on reality TV that make it seem as if women can't be anything unless a man is involved. I want to show young girls the only way to reach your goals, and dreams isn't just to marry an athlete, or have a baby by a rapper. Work hard, be sure of exactly what you want, and have STANDARDS. I work hard not just for myself, but to show our youth you can get what you want without having to compromise your beliefs.

Take 6ix Q6. If you had to compare your vocals to a musical artist today who would it be and why?
A. Honestly, I can't compare myself  to any artist today; my voice is a lot softer than the artists who are out. However, still very soulful.

Take 6ix Bonus Q. Share with our readers what Jaguar is currently working on?
A. Currently I'm hosting a show called "This Week In Fashion" for Bite Size TV. I also just finished a shoot for Hairfinity Hair Products, and a new Reality Adventure Show that is still currently in production. Although, I'm not at liberty to give full details about it, I can say it is action packed and will definitely premiere on a major network by Spring/Summer of 2013.
